Carrot Juice with Turmeric & Pineapple

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer or Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 18 oz. carrots chilled, peeled and root trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 oz. pineapple chilled, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 inch piece turmeric peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 lemon chilled, peel and pith removed, lemon quartered and seeded
  • 2 inch piece ginger peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Run juicer, passing all ingredients through, except for water, until everything is juiced. Stir in water. Drink soon after. (Alternatively, if you don't have a juicer, blend all ingredients until smooth, then pass through a fine mesh sieve.
