20oz.about 1 large bunch celerychilled, stalk and leaves cleaned and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
1lemonchilled, peel and pith removed, lemon quartered and seeded
2inchpiece gingerpeeled and sliced into small chunks

Instructions
Run juicer, passing ingredients through until everything is juiced. Drink soon after. If you don't have a juicer, blend ingredients until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Notes
Best to consume immediately, as the acid from the lemon will discolor the juice if left too long.
