Lactation Breakfast Bowl

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 5 oz. container Mush Overnight Oats, any flavor
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sea salt
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • Granola of choice to taste
  • Berries of choice to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add the yogurt, overnight oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well to combine. Add the milk and stir until fully incorporated. Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken slightly. Divide between bowls and top with granola and berries. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

I like to make this and keep the second portion in a bowl covered in the refrigerator ready to go for the next day (without the granola and berries added). It does thicken overnight, so you may need to stir in a bit more milk before eating the next day.
